Furniture Clinic Wood Stain, Water-Based & Fast Drying, Warm Graphite

Sorry for the messy picture, I took it after I started my project (IT CAME NICELY PACKAGED) I’ve had this wood stain for quite a while now and have used it on several pieces of furniture, and I’ve been really happy with the results. I wanted something that would give my furniture a refreshed look without making the whole project complicated, and this worked really well. The water-based formula is easy to work with and doesn’t have that strong, overwhelming smell that some wood stains have. It applies smoothly and gives you good control over how light or dark you want the finished color to be. I also like that it dries fairly quickly, which makes it easier when you’re working on a project and want to build up the color with additional coats. The finish looks even and gives older or plain-looking furniture a much nicer appearance. It’s also easy to clean up after using it, which is a big plus. Overall, I’ve been very pleased with the quality and how my furniture turned out. I would definitely purchase this stain again for future projects.

I was really happy with this wood stain. The Rosewood color is rich and beautiful, and it gives the wood a much more expensive, finished appearance without being difficult to apply. It goes on smoothly, dries pretty quickly, and the low odor is a HUGE plus compared to traditional stains. I also like that it’s water-based because cleanup is considerably easier and I don’t feel like I need to evacuate the house while I’m using it. 😂 The color builds nicely too, so you have some control over how deep you want the finished shade to be. Overall, easy to use, beautiful results, and much less messy and obnoxious than some stains I’ve worked with. Definitely 5 stars.

I loved the stain, paint on and wipe off in 90 seconds. It was easy and you could select how light or dark the color is by how often you apply.

I recently acquired two bottles for the purpose of painting my wooden makeup cart. I was pleased to note that the product is indeed odorless and dries quite rapidly. Achieving the desired stain requires the application of several coats. The resulting texture is notably smooth. The quality of the stain is satisfactory after multiple applications; however, its durability is contingent upon avoiding contact with water or oil. I personally believe that the product does not offer significant value for its cost, given the necessity of purchasing multiple small, high-priced containers. This product appears to be best suited for minor projects.

I keep repurchasing this wood stain because it works perfectly for my projects. The color is beautiful and very pigmented, so a little goes a long way and covers a good amount of wood. It gives me exactly the dark finish I’m looking for. Great product and definitely one I’ll continue buying!

Quick Review: Highly recommend Color: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (darker/cooler toned than anticipated ; dark oak) Ease of use: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (first time stainer no complications) Stain: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (very little wiped off with light even layer) Dry time: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (10-15 minutes light layer no varnish) Smell: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (no smell/ similar to acrylic paint) Buildable: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (layers evenly and easily) In depth review: I looked up pet safe wood stain for my cat wall steps since they were very bland compared to the rest of my aesthetic. This showed up in my search so I figured I’d give it a shot. In my photos you can see a photo with room lighting, natural lighting, before and after varnish, 0 layers-3layers process, and all the supplies I needed for the project. This product was incredibly easy to use, directions are very clear. I saw some reviews saying dry time was longer and it would wipe off, based on my research and trial and error I believe that would be from too much product being applied at time. I used very light layers and then reapplied after each layer dried, 3 layers took a total of 30-45 minutes for a very dark finish. You also do need a varnish of some kind to seal the stain so it doesn’t rub off and fade. I used a satin finish polyurethane from a craft store. I highly recommend this product for quick projects and first time staining projects. Find a piece of scrap wood and practice a few times to get the result you want! These are my trials to see which finish and darkness of color I wanted. The product is a thin liquid that stains things so be prepared to lay down a tarp or be outside and it does easily splash so don’t wear clothes you love. Again highly recommend I hope they come up with a pink stain soon I would’ve loved to have these a light pink.

I loved the color however I would definitely recommend watering it down first! Its very dark so you really cant see the wood grain detail if you just use the product straight up. At least when you water it down, you can layer it to see how dark you want it to be, while keeping the wood grain patterns visible. Also, it's incredibly quick to dry but watering it down gives you a bit more time to work with it.

This was perfect for refinishing my kitchen table! The color is very rich and went on smoothly. My table looks brand new!!
