Fire pit skulls
I still have another one I bought several years ago. Still looks new. I love the way the eyes glow red and flames shoot out of them when the fire pit is on.

Smokin' Skull Saga: A Five-Star Fiasco!
Let me tell you about the OSKER Open Top Ceramic Skull Log, the latest and greatest addition to my gas fireplace. This isn't just a firepit accessory, folks; it's the life of the party. Picture this: flames licking through the eye sockets, the nose, and the crown of this cranium like a dragon with indigestion. It's the kind of visual spectacle that has everyone asking, "Should we be concerned?"Now, I must confess, my first 'bonfire bash' with this skull turned my quiet evening into a neighborhood spectacle. It was so eerily realistic that a concerned passerby called the boys in blue, thinking my fireplace had become a gateway to the underworld. The officers weren’t just impressed with my legal flaming head; they also commented on the high-quality craftsmanship that could withstand the heat of Hades itself. And let's talk about the Halloween vibes. With this bad boy, who needs decorations? Just light it up, and boom, you've got yourself a spooky centerpiece that’s both macabre and mesmerizing. Trick-or-treaters were half-tempted to drop candy instead of take it!But the real kicker? The laughs we had explaining to the authorities that it wasn't a real head but an OSKER masterpiece. I've got to give it up to OSKER for their special packaging too – this skull arrived more protected than a mob boss in witness protection.Five stars for the fireproof skull that not only survived an inferno but also an interrogation. Talk about getting fired up! Would recommend? Absolutely – just maybe give your neighbors a heads-up first.

Great Addition to the Fire Pit
The media could not be loaded. Light weight and very nice detail to it.Using it on top of the screen of my Solo Stove and it looks amazing.I did take a multi-tool and and a very small drill bit and carved a slot into the mouth and around the teeth to give it some additional detail with the flame. (Not done in the attached video). Second picture has the modification in a fire.Highly recommend, especially at it's discounted price. Thought it was a little over priced when I bought mine, but it was more of an impulse buy for the season - so I justified it to myself.May by a few more to see what I can do with my carving skills.

We named him “Yorick” our new fire pit resident
The media could not be loaded. I did not know we would need a skull! But I do like the color flame packets and when I bought those, this was suggested as an related item. We have a new fire pit and thought this would be a hoot. It would be about the size (a horrid thought) of a child, so not a full adult-sized skull. It is very lightweight but all the reviews said sturdy. It reminded me of those lava rock boulders, though not porous like that. We got the light beige. I have read from others that they all turn black anyway from soot. But we were pleased. We placed atop a nice stack of wood. It came with two of the Chromo color fire packets so we put that in the center before setting “Yoric” on top. As you can see in the photo, the blue flame is shooting out of its eyes and the top of his head. My husband was inspired to quote from “Hamlet!” So a little literary culture with our flame. We had family stay over and often if it is nice out, we do a fire, so this was quite the surprise! My husband spun a tall tale to explain why it was there! I am going to get one of these as an extra wedding gift for a couple who are getting married with a Halloween theme! They will get a hoot out of it! This was a lot of fun and will add lots of interests for fires to come!

Mini skulls
The mini skulls were a great addition to my fire line. I was going to buy another 3; however noted the price went up by more than 10 dollars :( will wait to they come back down to add more.

Good value
This Fire Pit Skull Log adds a spooky touch to a fire place. It is made of ceramic material and seems to have long-lasting resistance in open flames. It enhances a cool ambiance for a Halloween or themed get-together. Size is just right for most fire pits, but not too large. Overall, I would say it is a good value for the money and easy to use as you just add it to the fire place and there you have a fun decor.

The Little Minis are Super Cool!
Got these for a Halloween decoration, absolutely love them so far. The design is super cool with the hole on top, so the flame flicks right out of the eyes and the roof of the head really well. The design is very detailed and accurate to the picture. And they just look really cool stacked on top of a fire-pit, or we will also put them individually on top of torches to add a really neat looking effect. The mini ones are nifty because they have various uses, and they are easy to store. Not too small like some other skulls that I have seen online, but the perfect size to show off details while still being versatile. They are very lightweight, yet still felt pretty solid. But I would try and avoid dropping them if possible just in case. They cool down quickly, and also came with an added bonus of a couple packs of fire color changing powder, which is really neat. All in all, these are perfect for what I was looking for, and I love them!
