Ordered my Triclicks SUP kit via Amazon Prime and delivery was spot on, arriving a day earlier than indicated.This kit contains everything you need to get on the water and the whole kit fits very neatly into the bag.Having read other reviews I don’t know if I’m just lucky but the bag seems sturdy enough and the stitching is all sound.The board seems solid and well made and on first inflation indoors held up well.Pressure gauge on the pump didn’t work initially but on following the instructions in the troubleshooting part of the manual I sorted it.First time out on the water was slightly eventful. Inflated the board to the recommended 15psi and on detaching the hose, air escaped from around the valve. Deflated the board then removed and checked valve for debris, then replaced. Re-inflated and there was still a slight leak but not as bad as previously. Tightened the valve a little more with the board fully inflated and the leak stopped. Enjoyed a great day paddle boarding once that was sorted.Only other issue was the adjustable paddle. The clip wasn’t tight enough to maintain the set height so the adjustable part kept slipping. Quick tweak with a screwdriver sorted that.All in all I’m very pleased with my purchase and would have awarded 5 stars had it not been for the leak and the paddle adjustment issue, but both were easily resolved with little perseverance.

Inflated SUP to just below recommended psi. Air was hissing out around the air inlet collar and it was losing pressure. It was not even fully inflated. Didn't even get to take the board onto the water once. Had to go through the faff of returning and then waiting for a refund. I would have organised a replacement but it was not an option so had to do a return and then organise to reorder. There's ben loads of positive reviews so maybe I just got a dodgy one but it may be worth looking at an alternative seller.

Unfortunately before the first use the sup develop a leak had to patch it on the seam before first use. At the minute the adhesive is drying and will test in 24h. Update 27/07/2022 - after inflating there is another 4 leaks, all on double seam. Unable to use, and unable to return as took it on holiday and return due date is after my return.

After less than a year since i bought this item and less than 7 uses the valve is already leaking and when i contacted customer services they informed me that the product has only 3 months of warranty and its pretty much my problem now.

While this starter kit seems well made and comes with everything you need to get on the water, we’ve found it a lot harder to balance on than the paddles boards we’ve hired prior. The width and length of this are probably best suited to intermediate SUPpers. Love the colour and quality. Has had plenty of use already. Works well as a simple kayak type thing for exploring coves etc on choppier days.
