Quite attractive but not tough enough for preschoolers.

It looks cool, but it is made of plastic that does not seem like it will last long.

Smaller than expected but still cool looking. Plastic has some sharp edges. Good for a kids costume but is made of really hard plastic, maybe not the best for every day play

The shield arrived broken (the missing piece wasn’t even included in the box! It was shipped broken!!) and much later than expected. With just days before Christmas what was I to do? I had to give it to my son anyway… he doesn’t seem to notice but I can’t help but to think that it will probably break all the way within days of him playing with it. Super frustrating and disappointing. Save your money and buy a different product.

The Shield is only a foot big which is small in person while the sword that comes with the shield is not too durable and the handle can disattach from the blade easily unless you don'r really swing it a lot or hard or if you have super glue on hand. Otherwise it would be good for smaller kids.

This product is clearly for the smallest of children, and yet not clearly labeled “for children” or “child costume”…as in anyone over the age of 5. I don’t have huge hands but as you can see….

The shield looks a little strange, without the sword inside it, because it has large slots in it to hold the sword, but overall worked well, for the cost, with our 9 year old's Spartan Warrior costume.

For school Roman Day. Perfect dress-up item. Sturdy, nicely made and good price. Sword a little sharp but easily sorted. Son is very pleased. It's not a flimsy item so hopefully should last. Some reviews mention the shield being a bit small but personally I think it's perfect size not to get in the way. Looks the part. Highly recommended.

Excellent product - best to supervise the under 10s with it as sword a little sharp. Seller excellent re: delivery - ordered on Friday and it was here 1st thing this morning (Monday). Intact and in good condition - set looks quite impressive. Very happy with purchase but will supervise 4yo with it. Good seller to do business with - they contact you with invoices and most things are sorted out fast.

Just be careful as the point is a bit sharp, although i think is more for adults but it fit my daughters requirements so we bought it for her anyway...mind you im sure an adult wouldnt want to be poked in the eye with the end either.Good sturdy product though

My son loves this! He thinks he's a Roman soldier now. God help us! Delivery was much faster than expected so I pretty much felt like mum of the year when I presented it 2 days early and made the little boy deleriously happy.

Nice sword and shield. Son liked it a lot. Sturdy and works well. Came in packaging that indicated it had been returned and resold... but that was thrown away shortly after arriving, and it’s had plenty of play value since.
