I am dealing with Achilles tendinitis. This seems to gently but firmly press against my Achilles tendon and it has a little gel pack inside which I believe that you can ice that would help the swelling. It’s very comfortable if you have a large foot or or big ankles it might be too small. It only comes in one size that I saw and I have a normal size ankle and it fits, but I don’t think it would fit someone who has a heavy or thick ankle.

Snug fit, on skin contact or over your sock. Pads are thick and supportive. Material feels excellent and compression is excellent. Ease of use depends on the user. It does require a level of technique depending on your ergonomics. Wearing these over your socks is highly recommended if you plan on wearing these for hours on end. I wore these for 12 hours in 6-inch work boots over the sock and 7 hours wearing it directly on the skin. My brand new boots need breaking in, but ended up breaking my foot instead by ripping and rubbing the skin on my achilles area. This specific product, absolutely saved me.

I have Achilles tendonitis in my left leg. I purchased these in the hope they would help me when I'm wearing tall boots and riding my horses. They help a bit -- I can ride for close to an hour, rather than half an hour, without pain -- but eventually they fail to protect my Achilles. I wear them anyway. I can say that they are comfortable, easy to put on, and they do stay put. I wear them over my boot socks, and even when I trot or canter, they stay in place. I'm just disappointed that they don't provide more protection.

I put it on my foot with Achilles tendinitis. It’s difficult to become an expert and find the trick. Once it’s on it slides around. Yes even with the sticky side applied to the skin. So it doesn’t protect my Achilles. And I’ve had it for a few weeks and the sock loses its elasticity. Not happy with this purchase.

I do have to say it has been working for my Achilles tendon, it stopped the rubbing that made my tendon swell. I know it’s not going to take it away, but sure helps

One of the worst products you can buy on Amazon. The silicone cushion cracked and got damaged within a day, and it actually made my Achilles tendonitis worse.

Very helpful for me. I was having insertional Achilles tendonitis and my pain has reduced to 80% . I used ointments also but this helped me for quick result.
