Good Sofa let down by poor assembly instructions
The assembly instructions re attaching the base to the back rest are not clear. The instructions state do not send this item back, contact our friendly customer services team. However there is no email address or telephone number. I found a phone number for Costway UK on the internet which I rang. I was told that because I bought it from Amazon I needed to email head office. This I did, the reply was of no help. I emailed back, they take a day to reply, and this time I was told that because I had bought it from Amazon I needed to contact the seller. This I did and they said they would send me a video showing how to assemble it. This enabled me to assemble the sofa and the end result is good which we are pleased with. To save anyone else having the same problems the following should help. The black cover on the bottom of the base is held on by Velcro. If you peel this back you can pass the bolts through the back of the base into the threaded holes in the back rest. Secondly do not tighten these bolts up fully until you have got the arms and cross bar in place. Once you have done this, tighten all bolts.

The written assembly instructions not clear. Best to ring up Costways for a video. Once you see the video, the assembly is easy.

2 seater sofa
Nice looking small sofa but it's as hard as a stone step, no comfort at all. My pets love it.

bit difficult to assemble
Cannot fault it, painted the wood grey to mach the decor. Looks brilliant and great value for money. A bit difficult to assemble.

Firm seating which is easy to assemble
The sofa is comfy and solid. Just the right height for people with mobility issues and I love the design of the fabric.
