Games Workshop 99129999012" Citadel Skulls Miniature, 12 years to 99 years

A surprisingly high value coming from Citadel. You get a ton of skulls in a wide variety (tau, tyranid, demons, ur-ghul, Skaven, tons of human/elf/eldar, orks and others) at exactly the high standard of quality we've come to expect. They are detailed to the point that they are easily recognizable as having come from their donors. I didn't bother counting them, just started building straight away. I was blown away at the sheer number of skulls. I didn't count, but I did liberally apply skulls to 7 small terrain pieces (a few inches on a side) and had about 1/4 of them leftover. Great for basing, accenting terrain, building the throne of the Blood God, and adding a charming touch to your battlefield or army. If you want skulls, look no further. I'm not aware of a better deal than this.

These skulls are great. I bought them for my 13 year old son, but they are tiny. I guess I should have figured that out by the description, but they are really tiny

Unlike the suggested mass-o-skulls depicted by the photo on the front, there are 4 sprues of distinctly individual, tiny (and not so tiny) complete and damaged skull and jaw models included in this nice little boxed collection (the box measures roughly 5" x 7" x 2"). On opening, I was delighted to discover so many different types of very well-made skull bits to add to my bases, models, scenery and the like. Some look human, some don't, some have horns, and some have fangs or other fascinating accoutrements. After priming and painting (which for these could be just about completely finished with the bits still on their sprues), they'll look absolutely fantastic -- a whole passel of interesting, character-full, human and non-human add-on bits for bases, conversions, additions to scenery and/or other modeling constructs as well. When I ordered it, I more than halfway suspected it would arrive as one big, flat model of conjoined skeletal remains, requiring lots of chopping, cutting and trimming before I could get any real use out of it at all. Since the product actually turned out to be made up of several hundred individual skull and skull bits, I instead ended up being very pleasantly surprised. I'm sure I'll be coming up with uses for these 340 well modelled, skeletal, chopped-off and chopped-up heads for some time to come. ;-) It's a great collection.

A WHOLE LOTTA SKULLS. I play World Eaters. Khorne demands skulls for the skull throne and who am I to deny him? Each sprue is jam packed with skulls. It can hurt spending money on something that isn't a proper 'kit' but once you pick these up, you'll use them so often for kit bashing, basing, etc., that you won't regret it. Absolutely lovely.

First time was delivered to someone else, sent a message. Got another one delivered and it came straight away and delivered to my address. They are totally awesome, will be using them with my D&D miniatures. Totally happy.

Okay, seriously. This is a big box of skulls. There are plenty of them, they are inexpensive, and they are clear and clean. Works for bases, terrain, and kit bashing. I know there is a lot of folks that like long reviews, but there isn't really anything to say. Pros: nice skulls and lots of them. Cons: Not free... but very reasonably prices.

These look great and are very easy to paint! I usually will put agrax earthsade or blood for the blood god on top to make them look a little more used. I also use a base layer of morghast bone.

Fantastic! For base sceneries for Games workshop Miniatures. I'd recommend painting all the skulls beforehand so it's easier to use when basing the miniatures. A good tip is to spray it all in bone colour and then use null oil on the top of one to give them a realistic look
