Women Summer Floral Printed Halter Jumpsuit Wrap V Neck

The color is a very bright pink and looks like pajamas due to the silky material and bright color. I am a size 4 and ordered a 6 so it would be a little baggy, but received a size SMALL which was VERY tight and small. The picture does look like standard two straps but the title says halter so I was expecting a halter. It is NOT a halter. This is a very misleading product and I am 100% returning it.
