I love this flashlight. It is not inexpensive, but it is an excellent value for my use case. It has an incredibly bright front light, which I use on dark streets, corridors, etc. My most common use is the side light, which is perfect for reading small-fonted menus in dimly-lit restaurants. In every way, it is superior to my iPhone flashlight, which causes my entire family to groan when I use it to read a menu, possibly because it has become a cliched symbol of middle-age ocular deterioration, or because the iPhone’s dimmest setting is brighter than the dimmest setting on the RovyVon. I also use the red, quick-flashing light when I’m walking on a road at night. It’s miniscule and easily fits in even a small pocket so you’ll actually take it out and use it. It has a 2-way clip so you can clip it onto a brimmed hat. This little light is one of my top 25 all-time possessions, because of its perfect design, build-quality and practicality. It’s the quintessence of an EDC flashlight. Just get one and you’ll understand.

While the button clicks can take a little to get used to, this is a great EDC flashlight. So much usefulness in a small package! I have used this almost daily since getting it. First, the magnetic tail and clip are very strong and so useful. You can snap onto something metal in many orientations for hand free use. Second, the side lights are amazing. UV, red flashing, and white light all get used. I am not sure I'll carry another kind of light again. Third, it is super bright for such a small light. It's about the size of a battery and can really throw some light. I was sitting around the fire with some neighbors and showed it off. They were both intrigued and immediately ordered one for each of themselves. And now they rave about them too.

This was a great find. Perfect EDC light for me (maybe you too). I have needed it and had it right there for so many different and random uses. It is small enough to be out of the way but not so small as to sit uncomfortably in my hands. The battery holds a long lasting charge for its size. The magnets are strong, but both magnet faces are smooth. So if you stick it on a smooth angled surface it will slide. But otherwise it is a reasonable price for all it can do. I would definitely recommend to friends & family.

Excelente y muy práctica, además de ser ligera y portable, la he usado estos días junto con mi Skeletool y siempre me ha sido muy útil tanto para el trabajo como para tareas domésticas. UPDATE: Ya es la tercera que compro, es tan buena que he tenido que regalarla a mis familiares para facilitarles la vida, es un producto fantástico, si existen mas pequeñas, pero ésta lámpara es pequeña y al mismo tiempo tiene mucha potencia. Seguramente volveré a comprar otra.

More than what you will ever need but if you're looking to buy one you already know this. I just like nice bright small keyring torches living rural and this does everything, but I'm still not a Jedi yet. Shame

The RovyVon Aurora A8 4th Gen is a fantastic little pocket torch. So much so that I did something which I rarely do, and that was to buy a second one just in case they go off the market. My current one (2 yrs old) goes with me everywhere. Functionality wise for me it’s a winner, with the 650 lumens full power, and then the lower settings, along with the side reading light, plus UV light (for fun) and red light as warning light, plus the magnetic pocket clip and end connector also magnetic, just make it so useful. And the real winner for me is the size of this torch. This little guy is something that you can just stick on a keychain, or clip it to your pocket, or just carry in your pocket as I do. And finally, total aside (spoiler for the younger ones perhaps) if I had this torch as a kid in the 80s, it would have been like something from outer space 😊. Regardless, this is a great product which I highly recommend, and well done to Rovyvon.

This is THE flashlight. It's so tiny and SO powerful, it comes with so many light functions it's kind of hard to not be amazed. It has multiple, extremely bright lighting options in addition to a reading light and a UV light (great for busting out at a party and starting your own light show 😁) Did I mention it's the size of your index finger so it conveniently fits and clips to and magnetically attached to everything? This would make an incredible gift for anyone who likes gadgets or is constantly using their phone as a flashlight. The price is a little higher but t is absolutely more than worth and the customer service is top notch. Can't say enough good things, get one!
