I have used six 250w light fixtures to light up the center section of my barn (23’x50’). The lights are 13.5 feet above the concrete floor and the spacing is about 17’x23’. The area is very well lit and I have measured 270 lux along the center line of the barn, 420 lux at seven feet away from the lights and 900+ lux directly under the lights. The great angle of these lights also illuminate the two side sections of the barn very well at about half the lux.

Coming up on 4 years since I installed these and I couldn’t be more pleased. I put 10 of these in the ceiling of my 40x60 hangar with high ceilings. During the day, you can tell the lights are on unlike other high bay lights. At night, they are almost too bright (I put 5 on one switch and 5 on another. I never have to turn both on at night). I was surprised to see they were made of some kind of aluminum/metal and were actually heavier than expected (quality? maybe?). I have never tried any other light because these have lasted for as long as I’ve needed them to thus far. I would recommend.

Efficient Lighting at a great price

14 lights were ordered last year. These are supposed to be updated. I am not seeing it. They are smaller and do not spread the light as do the first lights. The first lights light up right away the recent 6 lights have a 5 second stall before they light up. Verry disappointed.

Lights are bright. Good price. Work well. Could use a longer cord

The lights are perfect for my covered horseback riding arena! They do not have a motion sensor so I am not sure why it says to review that. I really love my new lights. We used 8 of them for a 50 x 80 covered arena.

We went with LED lights over fluorescent due to their brightness, but these lights are short-lived. We built our shop in 2020, have 12 lights installed and have replaced various ones twice in these 3 years. We don’t leave the lights on continuously - they’re on when we need them and off the rest of the time. Just beware this will be a repeat investment if you decide to go this route

Used for shop lighting on a 16 foot high ceiling. Lit my shop up like an operating room. I like it!

Ordered a pack of 6 and installed in a storage building that very rarely has the lights turned on. Maybe only a few minutes every other month. One has failed with less that an hour of use. I have others I spent twice as much on that are used daily for the past couple of years and still working. Its worth it to spend a little extra.
