Great light source and easy installation.
I have used six 250w light fixtures to light up the center section of my barn (23’x50’). The lights are 13.5 feet above the concrete floor and the spacing is about 17’x23’. The area is very well lit and I have measured 270 lux along the center line of the barn, 420 lux at seven feet away from the lights and 900+ lux directly under the lights. The great angle of these lights also illuminate the two side sections of the barn very well at about half the lux.

Lights are slow to light compared to the original 14 ordered
14 lights were ordered last year. These are supposed to be updated. I am not seeing it. They are smaller and do not spread the light as do the first lights. The first lights light up right away the recent 6 lights have a 5 second stall before they light up. Verry disappointed.

Durable and perfect for my covered arena
The lights are perfect for my covered horseback riding arena! They do not have a motion sensor so I am not sure why it says to review that. I really love my new lights. We used 8 of them for a 50 x 80 covered arena.

Short-lived life span
We went with LED lights over fluorescent due to their brightness, but these lights are short-lived. We built our shop in 2020, have 12 lights installed and have replaced various ones twice in these 3 years. We don’t leave the lights on continuously - they’re on when we need them and off the rest of the time. Just beware this will be a repeat investment if you decide to go this route

Ordered a pack of 6 and installed in a storage building that very rarely has the lights turned on. Maybe only a few minutes every other month. One has failed with less that an hour of use. I have others I spent twice as much on that are used daily for the past couple of years and still working. Its worth it to spend a little extra.
