Not at all. It’s a great pruduct.

Will this work to create a messy piecy look on fine straight hair without becoming greasy? I usually like a fiber type product.

Not greasy at all. Doesn’t dry crispy either. Doesn’t hold hair back. I use for soft styling and containment.

Does this act as a heat protecter when blow drying your hair?

I do not blow dry my hair since it is curly but my hair has never felt softer. Inner Sense is the only product I use.

Will this product work for styling a little boy’s combover and holding hair in place?

I don’t want to say yes and I don’t want to say no. But for me I don’t think so because it’s not strictly. It’s not a something that will hold down all day.
