This was awesome, it worked right out of the box. No complicated setup. Just point at your TV and wow. This is a great product. i Love it.

This pack of 2 replacement remotes came packaged nicely in plastic bubble wrap and in a box so even the postal service wasn’t able to really do damage when they just tossed it into the rain filled ditch at my house and called it delivered. I was very pleased to find they were dry and undamaged thanks to the plastic bubble wrap. Really all I had to do was take the back off and put the 2 AAA batteries in, put the back on and point it at the TV. It was as simple as that. And I appreciate the buttons being softer than others, they don’t make a clicking sound. Worked immediately with no programming, no codes, no fumbling around with small print instructions. Just simple. I’m glad it came in a pack of 2, I put the second one up incase the first one gets lost of damaged due to the fact that I have 2 very careless teens that forget to put the remote back in its designated spot when they are done with it and several chew happy pups that gladly will take advantage of said forgetfulness. All in all, this remote works very well, I can push a button once and it does what it is suppose to do. Very simple and straight to the point. If by chance my teens and dogs manage to lose or chew up both of these, I will purchase this pack again.

My dog loves to destroy remotes. Unfortunately, she got our OEM magic remote for our OLED77C1 TV. The OEM device still works fine, but the battery cover was damaged and wouldn't stay in place on it. We tried the silicone covers, and that only made the remote more enticing as a dog chew toy (who would have thought?) Enter this replacement remote: It works exactly as the original device does. It was simple to set up and pair with the TV. The buttons all work just as they should. Voice commands work just as the original did (not that I use this feature very often). My only complaint with the replacement remote is the scroll wheel / enter button. The scroll wheel is extremely sensitive, so often when I go to press Enter, the wheel scrolls first. This is a minor annoyance, and is the reason I am only giving it 4 stars instead of 5. If the wheel was a little less sensitive (like the OEM remote), it would be 5 stars.

Love that this was a two pack! In my move somehow the remote for my 55” Samsung smart tv disappeared. These remotes arrived in prompt time and once I popped the batteries in it just worked. No programming or setup. It was easy and perfect. That’s exactly what I like. I was worried it wouldn’t but this was the easiest experience and I am so pleased. Plus I have an extra if I ever lose a remote again! Win-Win!

THANK YOU Amazon. My 15 year old Samsung tv works well but the remote died utterly! Couldn’t get a replacement remote even after going through all the Samsung channels. Not available. Got two from Amazon the usual way (type in the request). The remote works great. It worked immediately. There was no set up or struggle or head ache. It just works. Also I can watch my DVDs again. Good remote!!
