Bought for my partner - she absolutely loves it. Battery life is superb, I have a smartwatch that will last 36 to 48 hours at best - and this will easily do 5 days. Lots of features - and the Google Health app that has taken over from FitBit is a brilliant bit of kit. Well worth it for fitness fanatics, or someone wanting to keep track of their activity levels, or if you just want a solid smartwatch.

I've had this watch for 3-4 months now and I really like it. Pros - easy to set up, syncs with my phone to track & monitor progress, the battery charge lasts about a week on a single charge, it comes with 2 straps for different size wrists so it's comfortable no matter your size, it looks smart & stylish and is well made. The display is clear and you have an option to have the display on all the time or only when you press the button. However, if it's on all the time, the battery will drain quickly. Not the cheapest but then I do feel that the it's value for money for the features. It has lost a star because it originally came with 6 months free premium FitBit which allows you to access additional features such as sleep analysis. So, I signed up for this but then was charged for the annual subscription. After contacting customer service, I eventually managed to have this refunded. However, I was only then eligible for 3 months free. I couldn't be bothered to go back to them about this, so I just have the standard features now, which is fine.

Very please with purchase. Some details are different from my Versa 2, including strap fix, which I have had for so many years it was no wonder it died. Love the colour and watch face protectors and same fit.

I was using the Versa 2 but after 6 years it gave up so I looked around for a new one that was affordable and this one from Amazon fitted the bill.Love it and it was delivered next day so what’s not to like.I must say that I was in John Lewis that day and would have supported my local shop but they had hardly anything in stock.So easy to order from Amazon and I’m loving it.

I’ve been really pleased with the watch. The fitness tracking is accurate, the battery life is excellent, and it’s comfortable to wear every day.I’m disappointed with the durability of the finish. After only a few months of use, the colour has faded. I work in an office, so the watch hasn’t been subjected to manual work, heavy impacts, or particularly harsh conditions. It’s simply been worn as an everyday watch.For a product at this price point, I expected the finish to hold up much better. The watch itself still works perfectly, but the cosmetic quality hasn’t matched the rest of the product, which is a real shame

From thinking of an absolute nightmare because my Versa 2 was broken as in accidentally put in the washing machine and not being able to get it going again. I didn't know how to remove this from my account. Couldn't find a work around as Versa is being discontinued after being navigated to Google. But it appears there are two years for customer care and updates from date of purchase and as my last watch lasted just three years and in all honesty was beginning to fail on battery power time . So the fitbit app isn't easy to get to I found an email with my stats and signed in from there, the thing is, you don't have to delete the old watch at all, you just set up the new one in your existing account and it just overrides the old watch and keeps your profile and all your targets and settings. So after a fretful day yesterday. Got up and got on with it today. Battery life seems good at 6 days Screen size is good and easy to read which is good for me because i have poor eyesight. I like the updated connectivity with a USB to PC and magnetic connection to the watch too
