These are great
The cups are a little stiff to squeeze, but they are a great value for your buck. I went to a massage and she glided a cup along my skin, it felt great. I came home and purchased these to glide along my skin and they do the job. My husband found headache relief when I worked on him and he has helped me too. We use a little coconut oil with a pump and it works well to use these cups.

Bad instructions provided, thank goodness for YouTube videos.
I ordered this facility cupping set. It was pink, oh so pretty! The rubber that the cups are made of is a bit hard, not as pliable more expensive once I have tried. How ever it does seem that after many many many uses they will soften up and make it easier to use especially the larger cup for like your stomach or thighs.I've never used cups for facial cupping but have held them before.Trying them for the first time made it difficult because the instructions were not easy to understand. So I went on the youtube and found a ton of video tutorials to help learn house to use for the face and neck.Long story short, they do the job of sucking, but it's been about 2.5 months and have not seen any results on the skin. Maybe I'm doing something wrong.Lastly, I think it's a decent starter facial cupping set but if you can spend a bit more for the quality do it.

Affordable and good quality
These are affordable silicone cups that come in different sizes for different parts of the body. They are strong silicone and not flimsy. They are easy to use on yourself in areas that you can reach. They do leave a bruised circular mark as most cupping does, but the suction is not too strong to cause soreness

Will bruise your face in the blink of an eye. Feels good on legs/arms.
I’m pretty sure these are junk and I’m going to have to return them. I washed them and got my face and neck all moisturized and was disappointed that I couldn’t get them to suction. Then finally- one suctioned and stayed on my forehead. It wouldn’t slide so I pulled it off only to find a HUGE CIRCULAR BRUISE had already formed!!! There should be some leeway between not sticking and injuring my face in less than 20 seconds. I think the silicone is too thick so it takes too much negative pressure to get them to suction- at least too much for the face.UPDATESo- turns out the larger ones do a LOT for loosening the fascia in the legs and arms. They feel great and it’s pretty easy to do in your own. Would likely make for a good back and shoulder treatment if you had help.I do still believe they bruise the face a little too easily to come without more warning. I marked up my neck as well and the cups were never suctioned hard and never stopped sliding. So I’m gonna up the stars I gave a little. I will not be using these on my face or neck but I think I will enjoy them for massaging my legs and arms.

Good quality for the price point
I'm usually the person that reads reviews rather than writing them. I just wanted to comment because I was pleasantly surprised. It's very easy to use and for the price point the quality was very good (I was shocked-I kinda expected it to be poor quality). Turn around shipping time was actually faster than Amazon projected. I'm still getting the hang of it but that's to be expected. Warning, it is not for the faint of heart. I have a pretty good pain tolerance and underestimated it the first time I used it. I've found what works best for me is establishing a routine. I alternate exfoliating or dry brushing (really depending on my mood several times a week). On days I'm planning on using the suction cups I'll spend a little extra time on the areas I'm planing on cupping. After a warm shower, I use coconut oil on said areas and massage in circular motions (as best as I can) for about 10 minutes. You do have to squeeze the cups a little bit to get the suction and it's trial and error how much pressure to apply because it does make a difference in the level of suction it gives you. That being said, DO NOT go ham and squeeze the cup as much as you to suction as much skin as you can. It will hurt, and you will feel sore the next day! As for the facial cups, I've only used them on my face as I find it's harder to use the other medium sizes down my neck. It's not as user friendly, again I'm sure a lot of it has to do with my learning curve. Anyways, good luck to you guys who are considering this & happy cupping!

Good to assist with Lymph Drainage
The suction works well, you definitely need to use an oil to allow the cups to glide if you are using for facial cupping or Lymph drainage. Only issue is there are 2 of the same size cups in mine.
