Tasty, but I question the banana flavor.

This is good to help with sleep. I was instructed to use it for my chronic insomnia. BE CAREFUL HOW MUCH AND HOW OFTEN YOU CONSUME IT. I CURRENTLY HAVE POTASSIUM OVERDOSE AND FEEL ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. I was drinking it everyday at bedtime for almost a week. It's got a LOT of good vitamins and stuff and shouldn't be taken lightly. This goes for all banana teas.

Excellent tea. My husband and I both have a cup every night.

I purchase this item because I thought it would be more convenient than making my nightly cup of banana tea from organic banana peels. I have been drinking banana tea before bed to help with falling asleep and also to help with night time leg cramps. Unfortunately I was really disappointed when I tried this product, there was very little, if any flavor to it at all. I would not recommend these tea bags if you actually want your tea to taste like bananas.

I love this! I am on alternate day fasts and needs potassium and magnesium to sleep better. Because I'm on keto, I cannot eat bananas. Buying bananas and only use it for the peel would leave me with insane amount of banana flesh which I cannot have. This products works perfectly! It is not sweet, does not break my fast, has a hint of banana, and provides all the nutrients for good sleep! It's a very pleasant herbal tea for anyone to enjoy as well.

Has a strong smell almost like a chemical smell. Does not have any kind of banana taste would not purchase this again.

Terrible. No flavor. Trying to find Curtis banana tea. Nothing comes close.
