Perfect fit for the 80 volt Kobalt lawn mower!
The wheels are hard plastic and seem durable. Pay attention to the measurements. They fit my electric mower perfectly! They come with bolts for a different setup, but for my mower, I just slipped them on with the existing tension washer on the back and a spacer washer on the front. Popped the cotter pins back in and back in business! My Wife is relieved that I don't have to buy that new $600 mower!! :)

bolts not machined accurately.
Wheels seem fine and roll well, but one of the bolts would not fit through the wheel, the other would. Fortunately, the old bolts on my lawnmower worked with an additional spacer.

Know your intended use
The wheel was a perfect size match for the one I was replacing. However, the hardware that came with the wheels would not work on my application. Nor was it possible to remove the mounting able from my intended application. I was able to modify my existing mounting hardware to accept the replacement wheel in a manner the wheel is secure and still rolls on my application.The exact repair parts for my application have been discontinued and rendered obsolete, so I knew it was likely I would have to modify some things. This was ok with me and I have a spare wheel in case my remaining original wheel breaks.

shoulder bolts were perfect.
After reading the other reviews, I was concerned that the shoulder bolts would not be long enough. I ordered anyway and found that the bolts provided were a perfect fit. It appears that the seller has corrected this issue. As of May 2024 the shoulder bolts provided for the 7 inch wheels are the correct length.

Works well
I bought these to replace our wheels that broke on our grill. They were not made for our grill but we made them work. These looked better than the others that they said would work on ours. I would so buy these again.

Better than factory
These are better than the wheels that came on my mower. I wish they came with center caps to keep debris off the bearing/ cotter pin.
