I have had Gumdrop cases for my iPad Air and have been satisfied with the protection. I had to buy a new iPad and bought the 9.7 and had to order a different case for it. When it arrived, I noticed that it different in appearance from my old Gumdrop case. The backside protection is smoked plastic, rather than the full rubber surface than I am use to. I am sure that it will be just as good, since all of the edges are protected with the rubber border. I’m glad it arrived quickly, so I could get it installed. The old, all rubber Gumdrop case, had issues with one corner not staying in the groove. I’m wondering if this is why the design was changed, since everything popped nicely into place.

It’s great. The rubber is a little Slippery and the screen protector is like an 1/16 too big so it slides when you slide your finger

The case appears very well made and fits perfectly with my iPad. I like the clear backing. The screen protector does not create any issues scrolling or entering data. I feel confident that it will provide ample protection. My only suggestion would be to provide a separate protective covering for potential direct hits to the screen during transport (not a deal killer). Thank you.

This is my 2nd case I f this type. These are excellent protective cases and a better a value than numerous lore expensive cases.

Product is good but the description is misleading.I purchased this for my 8 year old son who wanted to customize the back of his ipad , and show it through a clear case. The description and photos will lead you to believe that the back is clear, it is not , it is a dark grey translucent.

Wanted protection, this one is easy to holdOnto, I use the stand as well. Would buy again.

Good product, but delivery not so fast...

These are an excellent case for the ipad. My ipad feels safe and looks good in the process. Couple of areas to improve:1. The rubber bumper areas are coated with some silicon/oily substance from the box and that attracts every speck of dirt on the planet to stick to it. Wash the case before use to remove this substance2. The transparent back panel looks awesome but it scratches up a bit too easily, some sort of protective coating would be good
