I got the cupping set and started using it right away. It took me a minute to figure it out and there are parts that I am not completely sure I am doing it right but I can say that after a couple of uses you can see/feel your face more “plump”, in a good way. The complexion is better and fuller.

Im a beauty freak and had seen several videos about cupping - for face and body. I was hesitant to try, but I decided to go for it and Im happy I chose this company to try. The cups are of great quality, they come with a bag to store them and a very detailed instruction manual. It's too soon to know if cupping really works, I will update the review later when I have a couple months of use - but so far I do feel my circulation active when using them! I do feel my face a little plumper.Totally recommend them!

These are powerful. Made a huge mistake and used them corner of eyes, nasty bruise appeared, and still have it 5 days later. I read all the reviews and I watched the video so applied I thought correctly, obviously not. These are powerful little suction cups and must be used with caution if you have sensitive skin. Because they were so inexpensive I'll keep them but will use again (maybe) with much more attention next time. Please girls/ladies do be careful they can do much injury to the delicate areas of the face.

My husband has an excellent physical therapist who recommended facial cupping for aging skin and wrinkles. Always nice to know that a medical professional thinks a product works. You get two small and two large soft flexible cups that create great suction. Directions for use are very detailed and clear. I would have preferred four different size cups, but not a big deal.
