A delicious salty alternative to dark soy sauce.
This is a wonderful, salty addition to any savory meal. I use it in ramen, eggs, dumplings and many meat dishes. I highly recommend this product.

Sashimi requirement!!!

Subtle yet distinct 'tang'
I had been unsuccessfully looking for the restaurant dip for tempura. I don't know just how I found this WHITE soy sauce, but I LOVE using it for chopped avocado as a MEAL or a significant SIDE to a meal. I definitely want to keep this on-hand!
