Q: can you use these on bifold doors?

You could use them on bifold doors, but they probably wouldn’t work very good because you don’t have anything to pull on to open the door.

Q: I don't have a router. Would it be possible to use hand tools to install these? What would be the process?

A router would be best and easiest. But if you’re installing on a solid wood door, you might be able to use a hammer and chisel if you’re decent at woodworking. If it’s hollow core door would could use a drill to mark the corners and a small saw to cut the perimeter. The outside edge is fairy wide to cover up any mistakes.

Q: Do these lock? Can they be used on a bathroom door?

Just the door pull, no lock. Whether it can be used in the bathroom door depends on the size of the door frame, and the door frame needs to be slotted.

There are no markings, stamps or stickers of any kind on the hardware.
