A Good Knife, A good Price
I really enjoy using this knife for all my cooking projects. Very very sharp and holds edge very well. Buy a couple, you won’t be disappointed..

This is a great knife
This knife is beautifully made, with a full tang, full bolster, and nicely balanced. The handle is comfortable and secure, the blade is a nice thickness and extremely sharp. This knife is as good as those costing many times this price. I just wish the company offered a full set.

Best Amazon knife value - no compromise in quality
I wouldn't normally take the time to review a "$10 knife" unless it was a piece of junk. This knife is *not* a piece of junk.My first test of a chef's knife is to feel it in my hand, make a few imaginary cuts, set it down, pick it up, etc. Five stars for balance and giving the feeling of a hundred-dollar knife IMHO.The next thing I do is test the factory sharpness, and listen to it, like plucking the string on a harp. This knife was ready to work and sang a sweet high tone with no oscillating undertones indicating uneven grind or composition. The hilt and handle meet nicely with a slight and equal ridge on the sides and along the top of the spline. And while the union on the bottom of the handle is perfectly flush, the 3 rivets on each side can be felt with a fingertip, but not while holding. The bottom and side in the tactile region of the hand feel very good if not quite exquisite and the ever-so-slight difference in metal and handle under the palm are not perceptible to me on the first feel.Next, I'll do one clean cut through cardboard and start sawing to dull the blade. This is hard quality is hard to quantify, but the feel of going from sharp to dull is telling and doesn't matter how sharp the knife is when unboxed. It held the factory edge well and equally from tip to heel.My out-of-the-box Perfect Pro 2 in 1 blade sharper offered a slightly different bevel on the cutting edge, and as expected, the ShanaSana blade took several swipes to relearn its new edge. Back to the cardboard for more sawing and it sliced like through cold butter and held up under the abuse much longer than I expected.Between knife and sharpener, I only invested about $15. I will reach for this knife before my Dalstrong. It's unlikely my Wusthof will see less action but out of the box, they seem roughly equal! Only kitchen time will prove it out. This may not be the only "bargain" knife worth looking at but it is an amazing find for the price.

Decent knife for the money.
I bought this to replace a similar one that was too worn from many years of sharpening. I've only used it a few times, but it is holding an edge so far. Even if it doesn't last as long as the one it replaced, I will have gotten my money's worth.

Great general purpose knife
This is a great general-purpose kitchen knife. It sharpens up nicely, is sturdy, and feels good in the hand.

Works good but not too sharp as i expected
I use this knife in my kitchen to cut fruits and vegetable. This knife is not that sharp as my expection. I was looking more sharper than that. If anyone looking not too sharp then this knife is good . This is handy to use.

Good metal quality, and fantastic grind
Oddly high quality for the price. The grind, sharpness, and quality of the blade is that of a $20+ knife. However, it does NOT come with a sheath for the blade. This isn't a problem for me but anyone with small children and pets this might be a problem.
