The taste of these cinnamon jelly beans was very good. They had a flavor that reminded me of the homemade cinnamon candy my mom used to make. As someone who loves hot foods I was a bit disappointed in the "sizzling" description as there wasn't very much heat. However, I wasn't sorry I ordered them.
