Did the job
It has been hanging in the office since April! The balloons just started deflating a month ago and I use an air pump, not helium so you know the balloon opening closes tightly.

Two letters were missing so we had to improvise the sign and it did not look as nice as we wanted.Do not wait until before you double check that it has everything you need.

Pop! Pop! Pop!
First of all you cannot prefill balloons for a party days in advance so there would be time for alternative decorations. One of the letters had a whole in it so the message could not be spelled out. The balloons continuously popped from the time we set up for the party and through the party. They were not over inflated. As luck would have it, we purchased 3 sets and could gather a functioning set and message. No refund was available unless we returned the product. How do you return popped balloons? While it looks appealing, don't waste your time!
