Are these waterproof?

Ours is an indoor strip light, not waterproof, you can use it in your bedroom, living room, room, kitchen, bookcase, shoe cabinet, stairs, back of TV and anywhere else you want to light.

Does anybody else's light randomly turn on at odd hours of the day? My lights turn on in the middle of the night while asleep.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Because our controller uses a very sensitive induction chip, when you turn on any high-powered appliances in your home, the controller of the strip will sense the change in current and cause the strip to turn on and off automatically. If you don't like this change, we suggest you manually unplug the USB plug of the strip while turning off the TV. Our subsequent products have been upgraded for this problem, thank you for your support and understanding of our products.

When i plug the lights into my tv it pops up with a notification saying “this usb device requires more power. use power adapter” what do i do?

This tv led backlights is powered by 5V, please make sure the voltage of your tv's usb is 5V. If your tv's usb power is less than 5V, please use a power adapter.

Can I have it show a solid color?

Yes, my friend. You can use remote controller or APP(Duoco StripX) to choose solid color mode.

Fun TV Backlights!

Best LED lights for a 32"-40 inch TV in my opinion. The glue sticks perfectly and they are a total upgrade from the lights that I had on my old TV, which I moved from three other TV's over the years. Those lights finally conked out. These are Dream Lights, work great and have so many more color options than the old ones that just changed single colors one at a time. Really make the TV look so cool. I've been using them for a few months now and they are perfect. I'm confident they will last for years to come. Only downside is the white tape...I'd rather have black to match the back of the TV. But Highly recommended!

Buy these instead!

These were absolutely perfect for the back of my living room tv! I love to change the colors with the seasons and holidays! These were a cheap version but def does an amazing job! Was easy connect. Size is perfect for the whole TV. Brightness is wonderful! Great stability and stickiness. Love the remote it comes with!

Super versatile and fun!

Easy to install and it was the perfect length for my particular use of the lights: to make a disco dead head. I found this skull a couple of years ago and just recently had it cleaned, and it has now become the coolest nightlight ever. The color options, styles and brightness adjustments are fabulous. I switch it up everyday and have a lot of fun with it. Highly recommended!

These are decent lights!

These lights aren’t bad at all depending on the needed use. I just needed more options of lighting near my bar tv and they worked great for me. The remote feels cheap BUT it works great!
