Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Plant Based Protein, Creamy Vanilla,1.5LB

As a vegetarian, this is the best protein supplement I have tried. It contains all 9 essential amino acids so I get complete protein. Mixes well with liquids. Decent taste. Doesn’t upset my stomach. My teen daughter prefers this protein powder as well.

I recently tried the Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Plant Based Protein Powder, and I'm pleased with the results. While it may not be my absolute favorite, it's pretty close, and here's why. The flavor profile is surprisingly delicious for a plant-based protein powder. It's not overly sweet, and the texture is smooth, making it enjoyable to mix into shakes or smoothies. I appreciate that it's gluten-free and vegan, catering to dietary preferences without compromising on taste. What sets this protein powder apart is its quality. The blend is well-crafted, and the protein content is commendable. It's an excellent option for those looking to incorporate plant-based protein into their diet without sacrificing taste or nutritional value. While taste preferences can be subjective, I find the Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Plant Based Protein Powder to be a solid choice. It has earned a regular spot in my protein routine, and I would recommend it to others seeking a tasty and high-quality vegan protein option.

Bit of a weird texture - extra sticky somehow. But tasty enough and lower carb than the whey version.

Love this protein. Recommended by my physician and I have now purchased two about to buy my third. It is an excellent base for my morning smoothie. I highly recommend its creamy and a perfect texture for smoothies.

I have been a devoted user of vanilla Gold Standard 100% Organic Plant Based Protein Powder (the kind with the green label), which was awesome and one of the best-tasting and most stomach-friendly vegan protein powders I've used (I have to avoid dairy products). That product seems to have disappeared from the marketplace, unfortunately, and been replaced by this horrible stuff that comes in a half-full tub with a black label. Not only has the formula changed, to no longer include the ancient grains and some other good stuff, but they've inexplicably added a bunch of unnecessary oils. It tastes disgusting now, with a gross cough syrup aftertaste and gave me diarrhea from all the oil. Steer clear of this sub-par product! I am returning this and will be switching brands, since I can't find the green one anymore. Shame on "ON" for making this switch. I am really disappointed in having found something that works for me (I've been successful in packing on muscle with the green label protein) and then to have it taken away and replaced by this junk.

Chalky, weird taste. I blend with fruit and have to just down it. I can't do dairy/ whey protein.

Its a hit in our household-- my husband and son are lactose intolerant so we only use vegan protein and have tried a multitude plant-based proteins. The taste, the quality of ingredients and price point can't be beat. I use this for smoothies and protein pancakes/desserts/bakery items. I have reordered this protein many times and every time I deviate and try another powder, I regret it. The only downside is the protein only fills up half the bucket. It feels like a waste of plastic to make the bucket so big.

Really good plant protein! Doesn’t give me any digestive issues and taste really good! I put it in smoothies or mix with almond milk and no issues with taste whatsoever. Out of all the plant based protein powder I’ve tried, this one is the best tasting. A bit pricey but worth it!

Great product and will buy again

Works 100% well if your lactose intolerant or with a sensitive stomach. Best protein i have bought. Tastes awesome when blended with a banana.

Segunda vez que lo pido y la verdad todo bien
