not very stretchy
was looking for some stretchy rubber, wanted to use it as a seal on a pipe that goes through an exterior wall, it might work but will probably need to be really precise with the hole that needs to be cut in it. should have got inner tube rubber i guess

Smelly
Got the 1/8 sheet. Has a glossy black finish. Flexible yes. Gave it 4 stars only because of the smell. Must air it out for a few weeks. Not for indoor use right away. Ugh!
