I am very satisfied with it. The charging speed is noticeably fast — my phone charges much quicker compared to my old adapter. It works smoothly with different devices at home, and I haven’t faced any compatibility issues. The design is simple, compact, and looks premium. It also feels sturdy and doesn’t heat up during charging. Overall, it’s a reliable, good-quality charger at a reasonable price. Totally worth it and definitely recommended! 👍

This is a good 20W charger I use to charge everything including my phones, tablet, watch, earbuds etc. It works well and can charge 2 devices at once(though this will distribute the 20W into 2 devices). It worked well for me for almost an year till and then today it suddenly stopped working. I was lucky that I had 3 days remaining for warranty so I exchanged it from the service center, which for me was good luck again since the service center is near my home. I don't think there is any service center in north India apart from north Delhi(searchable on google maps) and if you don't live nearby you would have to mail them your device and then they'll mail you your device back. You would also have to email them at [email protected] the images of your device and invoice(bill) to get a ticket which would be used to provide you the service. So keep this in mind while buying any portronic product. But if you can visit service center with your invoice and product, then it's easy.

Charger is really good. And working as expected. I have used for my moto mobile. And working as turbo charger. Thumps up. I am becoming fan to portronics product.

1.One of the units I received is defective, and the system is not allowing me to process a return online. 2. I contacted customer service, and they advised me to visit a local service centre. However, traveling to a service centre is not cost-effective or practical for this item. 3. I kindly request that you arrange a doorstep replacement and deliver a working unit to me directly.

Does not last. I bought 2 at the same time and both failed after just 3 months of use.

First of all it delivered within 8 min, appreciable then product is good, my mobile is charged quick

As it claims its fast but not so fast it would be really portable if the pins could be foldable, it does not heat up the quality is durable and the fast-charging only works with a fast charging cable
