Not Useful for Headphones
It worked ok for charging, but when I tried to plug headphones into it, my music would only play for about a minute before the iPhone would tell me it is an unsupported device and stop playing my music.

Don’t buy
Plugged it in to my headphones and had to run up the volume double to hear it. After one song it stopped working. I can plug it in and the sound comes out of the iPhone speaker instead of the plugged in headphones. Completely defective and waste of money

Don't waste your time and read the description first.
The idea is there but the execution failed. First of all, the product picture shows two adapters when in fact you are only purchasing one. I should have read the description better but no where in the description does it say you are getting one or two. Second, I would have never paid that much for one of these. Third, only one of my headphones will produce music unless I pull the cord out a little bit but then the cord is not secure and can fall out. Fourth, I am pretty sure that the first 40 or so reviews on here are from people being paid to write good reviews or the company writing reviews for themselves. Go look at some of them and then click on their name and check out the other items they reviewed as well as terrible grammar (I'm not one to speak on grammar but other others are brutal), it all looks very phony.

Don't buy this to connect earbuds to Apple phones. 5 minutes after inserting buds they stopped: "product not supported by Apple"
This just didn't work from the start. After plugging in once, maybe heard my iPhone music for 5 minutes, then it never worked again. Very similar to many other reviews I've seen here.

Didn't work
Didn't work. Headphones worked for less than a minute and then my iPhone 7 plus complained of an unsupported device and shut it off. Did that every time I tried to use it.
