Meross Smart Wi-Fi Essential Oil Ultrasonic Diffuser

I purchased this to add to my multiple Meross collection of plugs, lights and smoke alarms as they have been so reliable (especially with Apple Homekit.) I was not disappointed and it works perfectly in my system of automated wireless devices. The unit looks great and just 5 to 10 drops of essential oil of your choice travels around the room pretty quickly. I'd advise good quality oils though as some of the cheap ones are a bit weak. It's very quiet during operation and the light gives a nice glow in low lighting with whatever colour you want. I found it extremely easy to setup and register on the Meross App and Apple Homekit App at the same time. I've now had the unit for 9 months of faultless use, but I did unfortunately just have an issue yesterday where the inner plastic lid came away from the wood effect lid, so I reported it to Meross through their support email address. I've just had a response this morning to say they apologise for the issue and are sending out an immediate replacement, which I think is fantastic service! I dealt with Lydia and she was great with a quick response, understanding of the issue and giving me a speedy solution (thank you Lydia!) I highly recommend this Smart Diffuser for the results you get, the nice aesthetic look, functionality and ease of setup and great support from Meross (only if you need it of course!)”

Looks good and functions well. I wanted a smart diffuser so that I can set it start in the morning and mask the smell of my cats litter tray when I go into the room in the morning. This it does well. I particularly like the fact that it has two levels of misting, along with light effects. I am using Jasmine essential oil which I particularly like. For those so inclined I have also integrated this into my Home Assistant setup and use an automation to trigger the misting. Would be truly great if it could tell you when its out of water, but otherwise fabulous! Edit: I did have a problem fairly early on where the wood laminate on the lid started to separate away. I flagged this to Meross who promptly dispatched a replacement. Super customer service.

diffuses the sent very well and works seamless with apple homekit. it is a great size as it lasts a long time. it looks great. with the app it allows it to be on a timer and i can turn it on from outside my house which makes it very easy to use

The Meross Smart Diffuser was a breeze to set up in the Meross app, no issues at all. I loved how I could split the light and diffuser into separate tiles within HomeKit, making it super convenient. The only downside is that it appears as a humidifier in the HomeKit app, but that's a limitation of HomeKit, not Meross. Overall, I'm really happy with this diffuser!

This thing is great. You can turn it on with your phone and you can put a setting on the app to turn off after however long when you turn it on (and that happens whether you press the button or you do it on the app). Just make sure you give it a wash every few weeks or it can get a bit gunky.

One of the major issues that has plagued my usage is the constant disconnection from Wi-Fi. This recurring problem has forced me to set up the diffuser multiple times, creating an incredibly frustrating and inconvenient user experience. The device's inability to maintain a stable connection is beyond irritating. I find myself having to troubleshoot and reconfigure the diffuser far too often, disrupting the ambiance it is supposed to create. The primary purpose of investing in a smart device like this is to enhance convenience, but the Meross Smart Ultrasonic Diffuser has proven to be nothing but a headache. The lack of a reliable Wi-Fi connection not only compromises the functionality of the diffuser but also defeats the purpose of its "smart" features. I expected a seamless integration with my home network, but sadly, the constant disconnects have rendered those features virtually useless. Given the persistent nature of this issue, it is clear that Meross needs to address it urgently. A simple bug fix should be provided through a firmware update to rectify the connectivity problems that many users seem to be experiencing. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend the Meross Smart Ultrasonic Diffuser to others. In conclusion, the promise of a smart, hassle-free aromatherapy experience with the Meross Smart Ultrasonic Diffuser has been shattered by its unreliable Wi-Fi connection. I sincerely hope that the manufacturer takes customer feedback seriously and promptly provides a solution to this persistent issue.

Settled on this product after much deliberation, and have so far found it to be a good edition to my home. The smart features allowing scheduled scent release are a particular win. The major downside is the bright status LED that's on all the time when it's plugged in - this means it's unsuitable to use in my bedroom and I had to move it downstairs. Yes, technically you can unplug it and the LED will turn off but that's a hassle and completely voids the benefits of the wifi automation

Great value and works well. My room always smells fresh and great that I can set routines for automation for Alexa. It looks really good, and one fill almost last a week so not constantly refilling. The Meross customer support team are also 5*, so I'll buy other products from them with confidence.

Connectivity is flawless however the device itself isn’t. The lid melted shut from the first use and then it started to malfunction randomly.
