Some of them were useless after one use; the plastic would no longer "click" and lay flat, it would JUST curl. So it is impossible to wrap your hair up in it once it won't lay flat anymore. The light colored ones gave us the most issues.2) Don't believe the reviews that it gives amazing curls. This jacks up my hair into a gnarly mess.3) You will still have to put your hair in a ponytail before you can make a bun.These have worked great for pool days, dance classes, bad hair days... you get what you pay for, but the good thing is you do get a lot.
