Why use a simply knife when you can do things PROFESSIONALLY!
The media could not be loaded. One of the biggest problems with pumpkin carving is the use of good tools. Most simply think a knife is going to do the trick, until one realizes that 1) the knife can not do all things (fine, cuts, deep cuts, long cuts) without killing your hands or 2) making great designs requires some time and strength.I used to use the plastic orange tools all the time, but finally upgraded to a real tool set just before a pumpkin carving event with a bunch of new friends.Instead of hording the tools, I made it special to SHARE the tools with all of the guests - and the video tha tis along with this review is the result of the tools with the 52 ideas for Jack-o-Lanterns.Worth the purchase especially with the strong handles for leverage - but make sure to buy it before Halloween next time. Sturdy and very good at cutting.
Made it much easier for us to cut our pumpkins without plastic tools breaking or blades bending. Fab kit. Will last us years.

Substantial and sturdy tools
This is a fantastic kit for pumpkin carving. The tools are heavy duty and sharp! They feel really strong and sturdy, and being a reinforced wooden handles and high quality metal, they seem like they will be up to the job of pumpkin carving without breaking. As well as a number of sharp saw tools, there is a large spoon with teeth on the sides, stencils to use on the pumpkin and all contained within a handy storage bag too.

Quality pumpkin carving set
It's hard to review a pumpkin carving set in June as there aren't a lot of pumpkins around. However, I've tried this on some melons and it worked well. A large watermelon is sort of like a summer pumpkin. Anyway, the handles are nice and solid and the tools are all well made. It comes with a bag to store everything in as well. Great stuff. Roll on Halloween!

Endlich ein Set das nicht gleich verbogen ist.
War von meiner Tochter (13J) Problemlos zu handhaben und es ist beim Kürbis-Schnitzen nichts abgebrochen oder verbogen. Besser als alles was wir bisher hatten. Das Metall geht voll über die ganze Länge und die Griffe sind genietet. Würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen.

Bonne qualité comparé aux autres modèles a usage unique, ils sont assez lourds, l'inox est epais, petite housse de rangement incluse pour les stocker en attendant le prochain Halloween.
