Stitches came out in single day use
I bought this bag for my year end trip. The 1st day of my trip on 26th December, I used it and by the end of the day noticed that stitches are coming out.

Overpriced n overhyped!
Purchased directly from their website. First got a defective product. Outer chain was stuck. Had to go thru numerous emails and over a period of 15 days the product was finally exchanged. Got it for 1099. The product doesn't seem durable. The finese in finishing is missing(see pics). Should not be than inr 500(not value for money). There are other brands with better quality available. Only if they cared about the product more than their Instagram marketing!!! I would recommend to buy from Amazon as in that case defective product can be handled more professionally. In my view very ordinary purse with doubtful durability and questionable customer support. Buy at your own risk. Avoidable brand. thanks.
