The Westinghouse Electric Throw Blanket with Foot Pocket has been a blessing for my husband, who do to illness, has a terrible time staying warm, especially in his feet. The foot pockets are a game-changer for anyone with chronically cold feet. The blanket is beautiful and very well made, and still looks good after six months of constant use, so I don't mind having visible at all times in our family room. It is two-sided with a warm sherpa inside, which has had no shedding issues, and very soft, grey top fabric. We love the heat level options and the auto shut off safety feature. It has turned out to be one of our favorite purchases--ever. We had a problem with the product cord, but the company was responsive and took care of the issue to our great satisfaction.

Best electric blanket I've ever had in my 68 years young!! This throw electric blanket is perfect size not too big or small for me. I use it on the couch and on my bed. Love how I can use the foot pockets when needed watching TV. Very beautiful soft material and it drapes nicely around me. Not too thin but can barely, if not at all, feel the wires in it. Blanket is very classy looking. Tho my eyes were really rolling on paying $80.00 for it, which is at least double what I've ever paid. But it's worth it. I read comments on a lot of other brands and they had a lot of issues with them so I decided on this brand. I will sure baby it by following the washing instructions because I certainly don't want to ruin it. Also very sturdy, easy to work and read, heating control unit. It heats up fast and turns off as timed. Only complaint I have is the tag is sewed on the top of it. But over all, I'm very impressed with this throw blanket and I would buy one again. I recommend it!!

I used this all winter. It was nice to be able to keep the house cooler and still stay cozy while relaxing on the couch. I like that it shuts off automatically in case I forget.

This blanket is nice and fuzzy with a more velour like feel on the top. It is nice to nap with or watch TV on cold nights. Unfortunately, the manufacturers tag which is huge is sewn on the top of the blanket and does not look attractive. In my opinion, the cord should have been located at the bottom. I often get slightly wrapped up in the cord if the wall outlet is on the other side.

The Westinghouse blanket is the only heated blanket I will ever purchase. The customer service is top notch... they are super responsive, friendly, helpful and very much appreciated! The blanket itself is amazing. I love it; my husband is obsessed (and my dog loves it too). It heats throughout and has a foot pocket. It is durable, soft and cozy; very well made. I highly recommend Westinghouse blankets. You have a customer for life!

This is a 5-star product. I ordered it Saturday & it was delivered today, Monday Feb 10, 2025. I compared my choices & I give many thanks to the folks who wrote detailed reviews. Here goes mine: it's now Wed, Feb 12 and all I want to do is wallow in this throw's soft, warm, light-as-a-feather embrace. No need for it to be thick & heavy. One caveat: it's hard to walk away from the cozy, midwinter nest I've established here on my couch. Unless I'm up getting food & drink.

In the first few uses the blanket got reasonably hot, but now in week 3 it gets barely warm. I haven't even been using it every day. Also - placement of the plug at the bottom of the blanket on the left side is not user friendly (especially if you need to plug into the wall on the right side). Major fail, returning.
