TESMED Cellulite Manual Massager Roller for Thighs and Buttocks

I have used many different brands of cellulite massagers and am glad I have purchased this one. At first, I will admit, it did feel a little painful. My advice to anyone starting out would be the following: - Go slow take your time and let your body adjust, you don't need to excessively beat up your body every time. Slow and consistent is far better then overdoing it and then not using it as consistently. - Use it with a lotion or oil. Using it directly on dry skin will only cause unnecessary pain and friction. - I've found that a good warm-up before using the massager, like a hot bath or workout, really helps to loosen up the muscles and fascia, making the massage a bit less uncomfortable. If you use this in the shower make sure you apply lotion afterwards as hydrated skin also helps reduce the appearance of imperfections! - I like to use this in the shower while I let my conditioner sink in. I was a little alarmed when I saw some bruises after the first few times of use, but don't let that scare you. It's just your body breaking up the tangled fascia, and it's totally normal. Based on my research a little bruising doesn't mean you should stop, but listen to your body and just like workouts, take breaks when your body feels like it needs it. One thing I love about the fool is that it is adjustable (up to 15") and I can easily use it on my thighs and on the sides of my stomach/love handles. It covers a lot of space which makes it more efficient than some of it's competitors. It would be great if they created a smaller one for arms! Since I've started using this massager, my skin feels softer and smoother. When I use it after workouts it actually helps my muscles recover which is a great added benefit. When I use this consistently, my legs look much more toned and even. I will say that you do need to be relatively consistent to see results, and they don't appear overnight. I highly suggest taking before/after/progress pictures to really see how far you have come!

My biggest regret is I didn’t try this sooner. I have never liked my legs even since high school, over the years I have been really thin and then got into body building with an athletic build and I would still have cellulite. I’m almost 40 and just now feeling comfortable wearing shorts for the first time. This is a game changer, so impressed with how much this has changed my legs. I’m sure consistency is huge. I’ve had for 5 weeks now, at the time it arrived I also cleaned up my diet, nothing major but had slipped from healthier habits and working to get back. I used two times a day for the first week at just a couple minutes and didn’t press too hard to avoid bruising. After about 1-2 weeks my legs looked worse but just keep going, I read this is normal, then week 3 I started to feel a lot more comfortable. And now at week 5 I can’t believe the difference. I wish I took photos for before and after. But to describe it, when I rubbed lotion on my legs it would cause cellulite to be very dimpled as I was applying. Now when I try to squeeze my thighs there isn’t cellulite. I first tried a much cheaper hand tool that seemed to help but was way more effort so I wasn’t consistent. Just spend the money on this and commit to 5 minutes per day! Also, based on the visual change I would imagine this has been a huge improvement on my lymphatic drainage. Give it a try!

Very interesting product, oddly shaped but it is perfect for thighs front & back. Leaves u bruising at first but that is just part of it.

Incredibly surprised as I was incredibly skeptical, but it really works. Now, you do have to be consistent, but if you are, and you start with 30 seconds at at time and build to 1 minute, you will see results. And it is great when you strength train before this. I haven’t seen my legs this smooth since before my surgeries last year. I thought I’d never get my legs back, but I can see the light!

The patented converging and diverging rollers move smoothly over the skin, and the grip is ergonomic, making it easy to reach the back of the thighs without much strain. The Experience: I used this consistently for 10 minutes a day for 8 weeks. Sensation: Depending on the pressure you apply, it can be quite intense. It definitely increases blood flow—my skin was noticeably red/flushed after use—but it didn't feel "relaxing." Ease of Use: It is easy to clean and small enough to store, which I appreciated. The Results (The "Why"): Despite the high-quality build and the unique roller action, I did not see any visible change in my cellulite or skin texture. While the theory behind the converging rollers is interesting, in practice, it didn't provide any lifting or smoothing effects for me. I even paired it with [mention if you used a lotion/oil or used it dry], and still saw no difference in "orange peel" appearance or skin firmness. Final Verdict: If you are looking for a sturdy manual tool to increase circulation or help with muscle soreness, this is a well-built option. However, if you are buying this specifically for cellulite reduction, it didn't deliver on those claims for me. At this price point, I expected at least a minor improvement in skin tone.

Not sure how well this works for my cellulite but after a workout, I use this and my thighs feel amazing. Easy to use, great value for the price.

I honestly didn’t expect much when I bought this, but after about 2 weeks of using it consistently, I started noticing my skin looking smoother—especially on the back of my thighs. The first few times it’s pretty intense (not gonna lie), but once you get used to the pressure it actually feels like a deep massage. I usually use it after the shower with oil and it glides way better. What I like is that it doesn’t feel like one of those cheap rollers—this one actually grabs the skin and moves it, which I think is why it works. It’s not some overnight miracle, but if you stay consistent (like 5–10 mins a day), you can definitely see solid improvement. Would recommend if you’re trying to improve texture and don’t want something electric.

I’ve seen a difference in the firmness of my skin, and also a reduction in cellulite appearance after just three uses. I think it’s attributed to this device along with my body oil that also has firming qualities.. I wish I would’ve taken before pictures because I surely would post my after results. I also use it on my belly and have seen a difference as well. Will definitely stay consistent with this. I keep it in my shower and use it there to help the device rollover my skin with ease, and the steam also helps to loosen the skin. Highly recommend.. also be careful. I did get a little bit of bruising because I think I was pushing a bit too hard.

Well designed product. Easy to use and I've seen a definite improvement on the backs on my legs after one month of regular use.

Was bang voor een miskoop, maar product is goed. Geen hulp nodig. Resultaten heb je zelf in de hand. Regelmatig gebruiken en beweging zijn een must. Wel tolerantie opbouwen, hou rekening met blauwe plekken en herstel

Pleasantly surprised. Wow. Used it on both upper legs yesterday. Amazing feeling. Circulation which in turn helps cellulite pockets I guess but even if not it feels great during and after.
