Best massager
This is the best cellulite massager out there. I love using it on bare skin after shower, without any oil or cream, and it works wonderfully (I am sure it works great with oil as well, I just don’t see how easily wash it after every time after use). It brings relaxation to muscles, feels good, and is very effective. I love it.

Very good. Buy it !
I was skeptical at first, but I really love this massager. Photos are from Day 4 of using it twice a day for just a few minutes without pressure. I’ll start applying pressure once the first bruises go away. I’ve used similar spiky rollers before, but this one saves so much time because it hugs the entire leg at once. You can use it without any cream or oil, but if you pair it with an anti-cellulite oil, the results show faster. I personally cannot use it on my stomach area, it feels uncomfortable there, so I keep using my roller stick for that part. The massager is high quality, heavy, and not flimsy at all. Definitely worth the money.

So far, great
I bought this improve circulation in my legs and to help relieve tight muscles among other issues. I have been doing this in bed at night. It helps me to reach my legs better on top, behind the legs as well as the sides and inner thighs. I do this over thin pants so I don’t have to put on the cream or lotion. I suffer from RLS, fibro and fluid buildup from taking beta blockers in my legs. I wanted to see if it would help any of those issues. So far I can tell that my legs feel lighter like it’s moving some of that liquid in the legs like a lymphatic massage as another reviewer stated. I start at the ankle area and move upwards to the top of the thigh towards the heart. This roller is well made and each ball with nodules moves freely. I do wish it was a bit smaller so it would fit around the calf area better, but it’s still doable. I also go from the wrists up to the shoulder area. I have had no bruising so far. It will take some time to see if it helps the other conditions, but have been happy with it so far. I don’t really care about the cellulite, but will give an update at some point if it helps that as well.

Incredible results
I bought the Tesmed Roller on August 10th, and after using it consistently in the mornings and evenings, I can confidently say it’s the best fascia release tool I’ve ever tried—and I’ve tried plenty. Let’s be real: yes, it hurts a little, and yes, you may bruise. But that’s simply your fascia being tight and finally getting worked on. Bruising isn’t a big deal, and the discomfort just means it’s actually doing its job. Cellulite develops over years, so it’s not going to vanish overnight. Be patient, give yourself grace, and stay consistent. I’ve found it works best in the shower or with lotion (even though the instructions don’t specifically say that). Since using it, I’ve seen noticeable changes in my swelling, the shape of my legs, and the appearance of cellulite. The difference is real. This is hands down the number one product on the market for fascia release and cellulite reduction. I’m very grateful I purchased it and will absolutely continue to use it. I even plan to share before and after photos—feel free to use me as the poster child once I upload them in the near future, because this tool truly works!

Effective for cellulite
I have used many different brands of cellulite massagers and am glad I have purchased this one. At first, I will admit, it did feel a little painful. My advice to anyone starting out would be the following: - Go slow take your time and let your body adjust, you don't need to excessively beat up your body every time. Slow and consistent is far better then overdoing it and then not using it as consistently. - Use it with a lotion or oil. Using it directly on dry skin will only cause unnecessary pain and friction. - I've found that a good warm-up before using the massager, like a hot bath or workout, really helps to loosen up the muscles and fascia, making the massage a bit less uncomfortable. If you use this in the shower make sure you apply lotion afterwards as hydrated skin also helps reduce the appearance of imperfections! - I like to use this in the shower while I let my conditioner sink in. I was a little alarmed when I saw some bruises after the first few times of use, but don't let that scare you. It's just your body breaking up the tangled fascia, and it's totally normal. Based on my research a little bruising doesn't mean you should stop, but listen to your body and just like workouts, take breaks when your body feels like it needs it. One thing I love about the fool is that it is adjustable (up to 15") and I can easily use it on my thighs and on the sides of my stomach/love handles. It covers a lot of space which makes it more efficient than some of it's competitors. It would be great if they created a smaller one for arms! Since I've started using this massager, my skin feels softer and smoother. When I use it after workouts it actually helps my muscles recover which is a great added benefit. When I use this consistently, my legs look much more toned and even. I will say that you do need to be relatively consistent to see results, and they don't appear overnight. I highly suggest taking before/after/progress pictures to really see how far you have come!

Legit AF! Use in hot environment with oil
Personal trainer and soft tissue work enthusiast here, so you can take my word for it when I say this product is legit. I’ve been an avid user of Ashley Black’s fascia blaster for 4 years now and I’m obsessed. I bought this to tackle the superficial layers of my thighs. I’ve been using this for about 3 weeks now, averaging 2 to 3 uses per week at 2 mins per thigh (followed by 3 minutes of facia blasting for deeper tissues), and the results are stellar!! The squiggly indented stretch marks on my inner thighs are virtually gone! And there’s very evident cellulite reduction all over, as well as diminished appearance of spider/varicose veins. With all this said, I MUST inform you, this product should NOT be used on dry skin or in cool temperatures. The ideal environment should be in either a sauna, steam room or hot shower with oil or soap for a slippery surface. Your tissues need to be warmed internally and externally in order for this to be most effective. Your connective tissues, which are the main cause of cellulite, become more gelatinous at a warmer temperature, allowing for easier manipulation and correction during treatment. Your skin should be slippery hence the oil or soap, so the tool can glide easily and smoothly and not snag or tug on your skin. Also, the bruising is completely normal, as blood pockets of stored up toxins are being disrupted and released. The bruising will subside with continued regular use. Begin with light pressure and work your way up overtime. Recommend starting in February or March to get over the bruising hurtle and achieve desired results in time for bathing suit season.

I’m torn on this one
Background: I’m 35, F, Mother, seeking to address cellulite on the backs of my thighs and some creeping around the sides. 140 lb with athletic body type and the item fit comfortably around my legs. I never figured out how to roll my behind because the roller is the wrong shape for it. The pros: item quality, packaging, delivery, and ease of use were all good. I liked how it felt like blood flow was being brought to the area, and it seemed like there was a smoothing quality to the rolling. My legs really did look smoother after use. The cons: I discontinued use of the product because it’s my belief the roller actually just stretches out the skin. So yes, it lessens the appearance of cellulite. But it’s essentially Indian sunburning your legs to do so, and my leg skin started to feel and look weird. Loose. It snapped back a week after I discontinued use, but I would rather have cellulite than droopy skin. I know I can work harder in the gym, but loose skin is hard to fix. IYKYK

Great results-but be prepared for some bruising!
Great results—but be prepared for some bruising I’ve been using this cellulite manual massager for a few weeks now, and I can honestly say it’s very effective. After consistent use, my skin feels firmer, smoother, and I’ve definitely noticed a reduction in the appearance of cellulite—especially on my thighs. That said, it does leave some small bruises on my legs, especially in the beginning or if I use a little too much pressure. It seems to be part of the process as your skin and tissue adjust, but it’s something to be aware of. I recommend starting gently and gradually increasing the pressure as your body gets used to it. Overall, I’m really satisfied. It’s a powerful tool if you’re looking for visible results, just use with care.
