The backrest feels good to lean on and makes sitting in the sauna a lot more comfortable. The angle is nice, it’s sturdy, and it holds up well with the heat. The design is basic, but it does exactly what you need and makes the session more relaxing.

I’m 5’8” tall, I really appreciate this back rest and it works fine, just wish it was another 2-3 inches taller

Works great for the sauna. doesn’t align well but small adjustments and it works fine. Good price and seems like it’s well constructed.

I have two of these in my 6’ x 6’ traditional sauna. They’re excellent! I previously had issues getting comfortable due to the limited height from my upper bench seats to the ceiling of the sauna. The 90 degree bench backs made for an uncomfortable slouch, or if in an upright seated position, my head had to be bowed so as to not hit the ceiling. These back rests changed all of that. They’re lightweight and can be positioned to give you the perfect recline, with lumbar support. The rubber on the ends prevent them from sliding/moving, at all. Great purchase!
