Love this stuff, my grandpa used to drink it and now I do. It's a great quick breakfast if you don't have time, but also I cut a smidge of the milk with creamer and add 2 espresso shots. Best latte ever! The strawberry is a favorite flavor but Vanilla and chocolate are really good as well! It's smooth, like a melted milkshake and mixes well, I just use my milk frother to mix it.

I've been hooked since this stuff came out in the 60s. Not sure of the actual nutritional value but I like it anyway.
