How Difficult is this game for a person who always plays on Easy?

The game is fairly hard, but it is generous with saves and checkpoints. On top of the regular save stations, the game gives you a checkpoint after every elevator ride, as well as before and after boss fights. You will probably die more in this game than other Metroid games, but the consequences of dying aren't nearly as severe as in past games. I think it's a good balance.

I want this as a gift for a spanish speaking kid. Does it support that language??
