Why is the price listing on Amazon 320 dollars more expensive for a refurbished phone, when the same phone on Apple's website is brand new for $1099?

They take advantage of how people buy things on amazon than just one location. On amazon i can buy an iPhone 13, case,speaker and even a easter basket all from one app. But this seller cant be trusted they sent me a fake iphone but amazon is reviewing the process so i wont jump to conclusion
