You do not need to take this with another prenatal/postanatal vitamin. HAIRtamin MOM is a complete prenatal, postnatal, and hair vitamin. As always, please consult your doctor before starting any new supplement regimen.

I've had a baby and am no longer breastfeeding, can I still take this?

If you are no longer breastfeeding and don't plan to become pregnant again in the near future, you can switch to one of our hair growth formulas: HAIRtamin Advanced Formula or Gummy Stars as they are stronger for hair health.
