Used to repair an Acer laptop with a broken charge port. Desoldering was a PITA.

i soldered this into my acer aspire 5 laptop, and it works. charger clicks into it well.

Worked great saved me a lot of money not having to get someone else to do it.

Works but had to run a lead to the one ground pin as it was not reading zero when testing continuity. Normally the two ground pins by the power pin are on the connector, the one I received was missing them, I soldered a jump and finished the install. In the end it works.
