Bought this item for my silkie chicks while they are being kept inside our home. Very durable for the price and accurately described for young chicks, however, the title indicates works for parrot or macaw but I disagree. This item is much too small for any type of large parrot to perch on and would be chewed to shreds in a matter of minutes. I wouldn’t recommend this for any type of house bird other than for parakeets or finches. This product fits nicely in a pet pop-up pen where we are currently housing silkie chicks until warm enough to move them outside. The pieces fit nice and snug together so that there is no worry for their toenails to get caught or cause injury. The chicks love jumping up on them and they hold up nicely.

This is a great for the price and my chicks really enjoyed it. Now that they are bigger, I'm throwing it out. It has a ton of poop on it, and they have outgrown it. At this price, it is easier to toss it than clean it. I would definitely get another one the next time I get chicks.

Easy to assemble. My chicks couldn’t care less about the mirror. Very stable when my chicks jump on and off. Only big negative is that it is not easy to clean when pooped on. It takes lots and lots of scrubbing to get poop off. My chicks have now moved outside and are to big for this. Good for short term use for early in life chicks.

This is a very well-made product. My baby chickens love it. It’s a great price too.

Our chickens out grew this product in about 3 weeks. Its great for new born chicks but be prepared. It is difficult to clean and you will need a bigger one relatively quickly. I don't think i would buy it again just because it didn't last long before it got covered in poop and it was difficult to try and keep clean.

This is a great perch. I had no trouble putting it together. They sent all the hardware including two extra screws which I love getting extra things and an allen wrench to put it together with it ,didn't take very long. It's a nice size. Should last these chickies a while. The mirrors are nice. They do have a protective film over them That needs to be peeled off. I think this will last a long time and my chickies will love it!

I have the tiniest day of chicks from Belgian D'Uccle chickens and this is so tiny they don't fit. Also, you have to assemble it and the wood legs don't fit into the holes, they just fall right out.
