Bought as birthday gift which was very well received

First of all I have to say the packaging for the product is top notch. Comes in a circular holder of some sort so it won't get damaged. The smell it let's off is amazing g and fills up my room and can even smell it from around the house. Only just received it so can't say how long it lasts but it's a big candle so can see it lasting me a month give or take as I like to burn a candle every day or every other day. Have to say though I do feel the price is a bit steep. Maybe £5-8 more then it should value. But not the end of the world

The fragrance is nice (in fact I really like it). But, with the one I bought, as the wax burned down, the wick still styed quite long (obv it gets shorter but longer in proportion to the remaining wax). The flame was 5 or 6cm high at the start. With the candle half used (so wax halfway down the glass), the flame was still 1cm above the top of the glass and the top ring of the glass quite blackened. Towards the end, it was on whilst I was watching TV. I went to the kitchen for a drink. When I came back, the glass had shattered, and bits of glass, hot wax and small bits of burning wick were on the table top. I managed to catch it quickly, but very worrying if I had been in the next room a bit longer. From the good reviews, maybe mine was different somehow.

Product arrived promptly and is in lovely packaging - perfect for passing on as a gift. Candle itself has a lovely scent as described.
