Gourmet Raspberry Tidbits (Baking Chips)

I am a raspberry fan and love the cookies I make with these

I used this for white chocolate fudge. I used half bag after 4 minutes of cooking, while mixture was hot, swirled it into candy mix….poured the hot mix into pan, added rest of bag to top and pressed into mix. It turned out fabulous. Easy candy mix much cheaper than fudge kit.1/2 stick butter, 2 cups sugar, smal can evaporated milk, cook 4 minutes, add 8 oz chips…and whatever you like. This year we made cherry and raspberry, peanut butter, plain chocolate. We also adventured into sugar free with Splenda and sugar free chips. ALL PURCHASED HERE THRU AMAZON. FABULOUS….MERRY CHRISTMAS HAPPY CHANUKAH…

I read that the weather would possibly melt the chips. well, it did. I have a lump of chips and had to break them apart. Unsure of the taste as of yet.

My girlfriend loves raspberry, and these chips are a great way to make a variety of baked goods. I made chocolate chip cookies and used half chocolate chips and half raspberry chips. I am planning on putting some in a batch of brownies, too. I'm glad I found these. Very yummy.

Tastes like real raspberries. Made sugar cookies with cream cheese, white chocolate bits and the raspberry tidbits. Heavenly!

We used these in place of Jammy Bits due to availability and price. Happy to have found these! Our cookies tasted great and the value compared to the price of Jammy Bits is tremendous. We will definitely order these again.
