Loved these until 1/3 of them went dim and then stopped working. Contacted them and had a new set 2 days later

The media could not be loaded.  The string lights are unique. I’ve never seen any lights with the Crystal bulb in the middle. It adds a lot of interest both when they are lit and even when they are not. When they are lit the crystal bulb inside really looks beautiful. The color is extremely warm. It actually borders on being an amber color. It looks great with my flame solar lights.The app is great. Once I opened up the app with the QR code, I discovered they were so many features. These are pretty much idiot proof. I can set a timer when I want these on and off. I can also adjust the brightness and choose one of the three modes to use. I personally love the breathing mode that feeds in from bright to dim.These were a super easy to install. They are extremely lightweight since they are plastic. And the cord is not heavy at all. There is the option to get a second set. You can daisychain them together very easily by removing the power supply to the second set. They simply connect together and are protected with a waterproof cover. They also have a small hole in the plastic bulb. This is fantastic because they don’t build up condensation. So they will always look crystal clear no matter the humidity outside.There’s three ways to operate these lights. You can control with the manual on off and mode button on the actual strand of lights itself. You can also use the remote control that accompanies it. It has many of the same features as the app. But, the easiest and fastest way for me to do everything is on the app. The app is very intuitive and easy to use.

Why are the lights on this string spaced differently than those on the longer string? When I combine the 2 strings, the spacing difference looks goofy.

The break proof and weatherproof aspects were big parts of why I was interested in this product, and with a description that said the lights could be dimmed I thought I would be able to tone down anything that was too bright. Well, 60 feet of lights are up in the 14' by 16' gazebo and even at full blast they're too dim to be useful. Unfortunately, this was a waste of money.

The media could not be loaded.  We wanted to add some lights to our patio and found this set. It is 50 feet of LED lights and I appreciate that it even has a dimmer. There is a remote so once they are set up I can just easily control them with the remote and choose how bright I want them to be. These have been a great addition, and really make it so cozy and classy on our patio.
