Is this product for men only

No, anyone can use it. It's targeted at men as they are most prone to visible hair loss. What I like most about it: a very small amount amount goes a long way. One of these bottles lasts me over 3 months - about 100 shampoos.

Does it work for women?

There is a different shampoo for women: Plantur 39 (same company, also caffeine based, but this one is for men, the Plantur is for women)
