This potato starch works well for baking and cooking. It blends smoothly, thickens nicely, and has a clean neutral taste. Good quality and reliable for recipes.

I only used it one time yet but I really like it. Cooked stir fry beef and used the potato starch with water ( watched 2 chefs how to do) worked really good and did not raise the blood sugar like flour, and the food was very glossy. I will continue using only this one now on.

This is such a pure product, just wanted to say that first and foremost. The zipping mechanism oddly worked will without problems even though it doesn't feel like a thick zipper on the top of the bag. I bought this potato starch because it is a TYPE 2 Resistant Starch which can reduce visceral fat up to 58% on the liver, potentially more. Instead of using Ozempic or something like that...I am mixing roughly 40 grams (that's about 3 and a half TBS) into my morning shake and it thickens the shake nicely without a weird flavor. It only takes a few months to have some pretty excellent weight loss. It MIGHT NOT work fore everyone depending on your gut microbiome. If you have been struggling your whole life to lose weight, give this a try for about 3 months EVERY DAY 40 grams. Anyways, I am very happy with Anthon's Organic's brand, this being the first thing I have bought from them, I will absolutely be buying again as long as the purity is kept top notch!

Adding this to my morning shake for weight loss. Starting slowly and will build up the amount added over the coming weeks. My only negative so far is the nasty zip lock bag which is hit a miss and certainly an issue for those of us with arthritis in the hand/ fingers !

Mixes really well with water. Very mild taste. I'm drinking this at night for its health benefits rather than for cooking. Though if I need it as a thickner I will use it. Reputable company so I feel I'm getting what I paid for.

Got this to replace corn starch, in part after researching and finding that potato starch is a more nutritious option. I first used it to make fried chicken patties and now would even consider it for other meats incl. Chicken Fried Steak or Chicken. Another great Anthony's product! Amply sized package and excellent value for the money as well.

I read the benefits of Unmodified Potato Starch and was looking for an organic product and Anthony's hit the spot. I just started using it and I read it's best to start out slow so I started with 1/2 teaspoon and no issues. Looking forward to increasing to 1 teaspoon soon. I have already noticed that I am not starving first thing in the morning.
