The cutest little cooking pot, and it works well
Received my Audecook Hot Pot 2L yesterday, and washed it first, after reading the instructions. Cute little pot, but it really does heat up nicely. I made Green Chili Stew with potatoes, carrots, hamburger, garlic, salt, and chicken broth -- the potatoes browned nicely, and the hamburger cooked along with the potatoes without a problem. No sticking, and I did use olive oil in the pot. The cover helps the food steam so that it actually cooks a little faster -- that was nice. I added some water while the potatoes were cooking to speed up the process -- What I like about it is that when I turned it off, and the food cooled, I turned it back on and in a very short time it was bubbling and heating up nicely. That for me was a real plus as well. I didn't use the highest temperature as the middle range worked well for me for this dish. All in all, if it continues to work like this I will probably buy a second pot, in case I need to be cooking two things at the same time. It is small enough to work on the counter, easy to clean, and though the pot is not huge, it works for a 1-2 person meal quite well. You will have leftovers if you are cooking for 1. Performance was nice, efficient, and quick to heat up. Did not have a hot pan on the outside, as I did touch it to check how hot the outside might get. Handle does not heat up. I'm hoping to try heating oil to make sopipillas (fried bread using tortilla dough) and see how it works. If it does it will be a real joy to use. It is deep enough to have a 3/4" of oil in it and do one sopipilla at a time. Other things I want to try is making a cake in it -- I used to make cakes in my electric skillet, with the top on it actually cooks well, and you just tip the pan over on a plate and voila you have a nice cake to frost and eat! I also make Chinese food a lot, so I want to try using it in place of a wok, see how it works out. If they ever make another pot that is 3L, I will definitely buy it ...especially if it works as well as this one. I'm having a lot of fun experimenting with different dishes to see how it works. So far very pleased with its performance.

No kitchen necessary!
I love this little thing! No kitchen necessary and for me that is everything at the moment. It's lightweight, takes up almost no space its cute. I love that the cord detaches so I can leave it plugged in and move just the pot out of the way when necessary. I've made everything from simple eggs or grilled cheese to stir-fry or salmon with steamed veggies. Let's not forget its deep enough to fry in as well. I haven't done that in it yet though just because of dealing with the oil. It heats up fast and cleans super easy, just wipe it out with a wet paper towel while its still hot and everything will come right off. Its perfect for a single person or great for 2 people. You can definitely fit 2 portions just not 2 sandwiches at a time. At under $40 this is a great value to me as it allows me to cook food again while I don't have kitchen appliances. It would definitely be great for hotel/college dorm rooms, camping, or van life! Highly recommend.

Perfect Pot
Love, love this pot just the right size for me. No more over cooking and wasting food. I highly recommend this pot. I wish I would have gotten the one with the steamer for steaming veggies while cooking the main course.

Non Stick But Pan Peeling
I have had this pan for about a month now. It is absolutely great and heats up veryyyy quickly. It is also very non stick and even comes with a sponge! Superrrr easy to coean too. The only thing is one day i was boiling some water to make some pasta, then after i dumped out the pasta n water i see some of the non-stick peeled off. I only use the sponge that this came with because i dont want to scratch the pan and i didnt want any of the nonstick to peel off. I am considering returning this pan only for that reason because it is toxic to ingest the nonstick material and i dont want to get sick. UPDATE: so i ended up doing the return n replace thing bcuz my pan started peeling before a month of having it. the owner actually reached out to me and refunded me for my purchase which was great and to be honest, this new pan i got from the return n replace has not peeled. i use it literally everyday and have had it for about a month now. im thinking maybe the other pan i had was a bad batch of pans bcuz so far i have no complaints about this new one! heats up super fast, super non stick and really easy to clean! i changed my rating from 3 starts to 4 bcuz of the ease of exchanging and the quality of this newer pan i have.

I am pleasantly surprised....
Update 2: wanted let some people know of a potential problem with this pot, more to the point the cord that comes with it. I still think this pot is the neatest thing since sliced bread but this is something you need to pay attention to. I've noticed that when I put it on the higher of the two settings the cord gets really warm. this could be a potential problem. it's not an issue for me because I'm sitting here keeping an eye on it. NOTE! you cannot put this thing on high and walk away from it. if you're smart! you never know. stuff happens. I just wanted to get that warning out there for folks. pay attention to it. don't walk away from it. Update 1/7/23: so I just made pancakes and eggs in this little skillet pot combo. I never had to turn it up on the high heat. it cooked perfectly on the low heat. I threw some butter in there, let it melt, put a few dollups of the pancake mix in, let it spread out, cooked it till it were done. threw the eggs in with a little extra butter. absolutely fantastic!! I love this cooking tool. I briefly touched on the fact that I have arthritis in my hands. now I personally love cooking with cast iron but it causes me so much pain to use it. this little pot Skillet combo, I can lift easily with no pain. I can shimmy it around to spread the butter, absolutely no pain. just thought I'd mention that. Original review : i needed something smaller than say a 6 qrt cooking pot/skillet. this gives the best of multiple worlds. big enough to cook a decent meal, a steaming topper. so i can make multiple item small size meals. GREAT when your trying to lose weight! this is 1 of the reasons i purchased this item! it's honestly got me puzzled as it looks/feels like good quality plastic but inside the pot? MAGIC!! it acts as a very nice frying pan, sauce/stew pot etc.. it is simply is the absolute perfect size for my needs. i am really impressed. now some might see the handle as a bit to large..i do not. it allows me to get a REALLY good grip. i have arthritis in my hands and most pan handles cause me greif because they are smaller. this truly combinesa pot with a skillet. REALLY fantastic design in my mind! i love the look & the size. the squarishness will fit perfectly in a drawer/cabinent. at some point i plan to do the rv life for a few yrs or forever...LOL and this lil pot is one of the items that will allow me to eat well while living the nomad life. Thanks to the manufacturer, designer & seller.

It can fry a good size T-bone steak
I love this little thing. I just cooked a steak and had the steamer tray in and while my steak was cooking my vegetables, got a little steamed too cauliflower and cabbage. It was amazing and cleanup is such a breeze. My stove doesn’t get all messy from frying a steak on my gas stove worth every penny Love it !!

Great pot and useful for handicapped!
I never write reviews, but I have been so pleased with this purchase that I feel compelled to share with you. I have had this product for 4 months now and I find myself using it to do all of the cooking for my husband and I. It is the perfect size for us. I have adapted so many of my recipes to make in this versatile pot, and it never disappoints! Just today, I fixed scrambled eggs for breakfast, and I'm currently simmering 3 large chicken thighs. I took a picture to give you an idea of size. The biggest thing that I want to share is that as a person in a wheelchair, I have been unable to cook for a couple of years due to trying to reach the stove. We are able to put this on my small table in front of my chair, and now I am cooking safely daily! I hope that you enjoy your pot as much as I do mine!

Works well and is very versatile
Works really well, looks very modern. This cooker heats up quickly and cooks almost anything, while on the high power mode, the cord can get warm, but I have not had any issues yet. The ptfe nonstick coating works well and the cooker is pretty easy to clean.

Recomiendo 100% Me encanta.
