It works to control sugar
After several months of using these I have to say this does work. I’ll be honest I’m 8 months postpartum and I haven’t been eating the healthiest but I take these at least once a day, suppose to take 3 times a day, and sometimes would forget, did my blood work and my a1c is within normal range. It doesn’t control appetite. Doesnt give me side affects, but when I do take them I feel my mouth water a little more than usual. I can’t say it’s helped me loose weight but I haven’t gained much since taking them. I’ll buy another bottle and be more consistent this time around.

This product DROPS your sugar levels! DO NOT take more than what is directed ! I learned the hard way (dramatic, irregular heart) fainting etc allll because I thought the more I take the less I’ll be hungry . So learn from me ! Get to know every supplement you take do your research of side effects. So yes this a great product just follow the instructions

Great for appetite reduction, and blood sugar support
I use this for appetite, control, and blood sugar management. I did not have any side effects and it has zero taste. It may support immunity, but I did not take it for that.

OMG!!! this stuff really works. it really lowers sugar levels. in my personal opinion works better than berberine. no side effects as long as you dont overdose.

Side effects
Not sure what caused it, but one of the side effects is diarrhea. I experienced that. But because I took this with other supplements, I'm not sure what caused it. I've discontinued use until I can figure out what caused it.

Have Glucose Pills with you incase your dosage drops your sugar too much.
I took bottles of this item in the past.... It always made my blood sugar drop, but then I started having a reaction. Yes, this item would be good to take on a trip along with insulin for an emergency, in my unscientific opinion. I read that it coats the intestine so that you do not absorb as many carbs... Could stop abosoption of other nutrients?? I do not think I will take these on a along term basis as I did before,... Although before I lost nearly 50lbs over a year... I wish I had taken more scentific measure when I took this item. I had glucose pills as a back up and I took handfuls.. or half of 1/4 handfuls... not counted, not the now stated recommended dosage.
